I've been having a rather fantastic time since Sunday. (:

Sunday itself was good. Went for church service with the beloved girlies then esther left for home after our finishing our Popeye's takeaways. So the 3 of us left went to lax at TCC, T3. It was tea & chittychats till early evening. :)

Didn't have school yesterday like Mon, so few of us went to help Archana with her shoot for her upcoming blogshop. :) After that was just lunching & towning. Such a lovely time with those class peepxzsxzs who were there <3 :) ehehehe

We were late (thanks to cheryl here! hahaha) BUT THE REST WERE LATER. AHHAHAHA.

I think these flowers are awfully preeeetttttttttyyyyyyyyy.

waiwai found a nice clean flower on the ground and offered it to me. SUPER PRETTY RIGHTTT? I think it's a fragapani... or fragipani.. okay I dont know how to spell it and can't be bothered :P

Really tired from today's traininggggg. It was scorching hot :( Only when I was on my way home on the MRT it started to drizzle x_x raaaawr!!!!!! Oh well. Good exerciseeee.

I can't wait till tmr! Okay. Cause tmr is Results Day, we only need to report to school @ 10:45a.m. to wait for the collection of our results to commence then it prolly wouldn't take long. SOOO, I CAN GO GAI-GAI AFTER THAT. :) YAYYY like finally right?! :D :) Gonna go gaigai, shoppinggggg with Shaun. Hopefully can find some stuff to get (: Think it's the only day I'm free to go shop until.... Next next week ._. Schedule's rather tight till school holidays start for me. It's either because I end school late, or that I have to go for training.

PW's Oral Presentation is OVER for my group (: I'm sooooo glad! There weren't any major screw-ups & I can't fully express how proud I am of my whole group!! (: There were massive improvements over the past couple of weeks seen in everyone. Seeing those improvements in certain group members exceptionally delight me. :) Those frustrations from editing, discussions, brainstorming, practices & dry-runs all wore us out almost every day. But now, all that's over. We're finally superuber close to the end of Project Work.

Went to find Viv, bear & Est Loh in a random classroom after I was done yesterday and they were watching Final Destination 3 via the projector from Viv's Mac. HEHEHEH (: then we caught FD 1 also, which was somehow... more traumatic I felt; more shocking perhaps. Apparently our screams/shouts distracted a few people who were studying rather nearby. o_o Ahhh oopss. Also watched Family Guy :) then took a walk down at the field which was still under construction. Lovely walk. The grass was short but it felt denser than it had ever been since I came to this school. It was spongey, damp and lush green in comparism to being trampled on during trainings.

A part of the under construction area had white cement flooring which we felt that it was really pretty as it went with our uniform shirt. Loh said that it were as if the whiteness reflects up onto our bodies/faces to make us look like angels HAHAHA. :D But yes, it felt and looked pretty. :) There were more mini adventures and such but I wouldn't go on forever talking bout 'em.

I enjoyed care group session last night tremendouslyyyyy. (:

Last night it was the first (I think) or one of the first times when I felt that... saddened by you. I felt helpless towards my own defence and reasoning for you wouldn't take any of it at that time. Then your coldness bit me. I couldn't take it so I ended the conservation there.

I'm bitter about it too.

I'm glad that now you are able to see it in my POV & I accept your apology. <3 (:

I hate it when it comes to such a scenerio where I have to choose COMMITMENT or DESIRE. Furthermore, the fulfilment of the desire seemed to be on it's way, and I was actually rather sure of it. THEN along the way, just when I'm not so far away from fulfiling that want, comes commitment. I chose commitment.

Yes, fook it, I'm going for training on Mon. :/

Not as if I dislike training. I enjoy training! Just that, it was originally planned that there wouldn't be training till 13 Nov (Fri) and I've actually made (very lovely) plans.

Sighhhhhh. Shall get over it.

Korean dramas. I'm not obsessed with them at all or even being a part of the K-craze. Nonetheless, I do watch a couple of serials which my mum follows. I don't watch every single episode cause I fail 100% at following TV serials. Haahaha! (: Anyway, today they showed the last episode of My Fair Lady on KBS World. I really enjoyed that serial (((((: Sighhh. But there's just ONE thing that bothers me quite a bit when I watch korean dramas...

You know those typical scenes when the guy & girl sorta split up or something, then one of them, either the guy or girl will try to find the other in the airport or some crowd- you get the idea? THEN, the very big question is... WHY DON'T THEY USE THEIR EFFING CELLPHONE. Yeah! They look so exasperated trying to look for the other party when they totally disregard such a norm to press those numbers.

I asked mum that once, then she replied that if that happened, it wouldn't be interesting anymore.

I went down to the usual clinic I visit to get my flu jab today for the upcoming trip in Dec. Praise God that the queue wasn't long as I had expected it to be (: Also, it was cheaper than I thought o_o I love my doc (: He poor thing cannot go on holiday I think. HEHEHEH. ANYWAY, I rebuke any side effects from this jab (such as the common ache) in Jesus's name (: amen!

I've been ~~secretly~~ keeping a tumblr for quite a while now which only very few people know of.:X Just don't feel like making it that public yet, even though it's really nothing much.

I'M DONE WITH CHINESE, AFTER 11 YRS OF IT, excluding kindergarten. Uhmm, so that'll actually be 14 yrs in total. Whoopey poopies!!!

The paper was rather fine, the usual standard I suppose. (: I'm quite sure most of us wrote the longest chinese essay today if you chose Q2. like me. Hehehehe. :) Okay, 'nuff said about chinese because duh, it's overrrr :D!

We had PW OP practice after the paper till 3 in the afternoon (: I'm totally looking forward to Friday for all this to finally come to a stop. Well... but there's still Insights&Reflections actually... but nonetheless the huge bulk of it will be done and over with. (: Couldn't help laughing like madnezzz with my groupmates while we were trying to figure out some gestures. (: ultimate celebration after our final presentation mannns! <3

I can't wait for next Mon :) cause I won't be having school for half of that whole week so I'm gonna gai-gai (go out) w/ Shaun to shopshopxsz. I need to shop for my Christmas clothes already HAHAHAH. OKAY. I KNOW A BIT EARLY LA. But then (almost) EVERY YR, when I try to buy a nice outfit nearing Christmas, it can be such a failure man. HAHAH.

One day away from Chinese A'lvls. I didn't really mug yesterday teehee (:

Went for first service with Esther today (: Enjoyed service ttm, more on wisdom. & I love it when Pastor says that Jesus is our superglue (: Indeed He is, the person who holds EVERY.SINGLE.THING together.

Favourite verse from today?
"I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing." John 15:5

Without Jesus, we are still able to do SOME things but yeah, they would be of no value out of those in the end. Deep. (So what if you've got riches, honour, intellegince or status alone?)

Lunched our take-away with Esther by the fountain <3 Haven't eaten up there for some time already. I like how it doesn't have chairs and tables but you simply just sit there as if you were to have a mini picnic out in the open. :)

Then I studied my afternoon away @ SB. Approx 4-5 hrs of Chinese straight is NO JOKE. ._.

I wanted to dieeeeee, until mum came to pick me up & after that 2 hr nap.

Anyway. Time's up, MORE CHINESE NOW.

Mummy has been working veryvery hard for the past month, going to work early, coming back home late, sometimes even past midnight, having so much to do. I very well know why she's working so hard- for us. Well, but the cost is seeing her less every day. No more pre-packed breakfasts of sandwiches or pastry, and often, having to settle dinner myself. I'm okay with all that, but I just sorta miss mummy a little bit- because fewer are the times I get to go out with her, fewer are the times I really talked long with her.

Btw I'm near finishing the cheesecake Shaun & I baked. I didn't finish everything muself k! Shaun had his share and already gave some small pieces to schmatexszxs (but most kinda melted a little by the time I passed them around). Super yum (yes I can't stop bragging HAAHAH). but I think there's too much butter in the crust (can see the base is getting oily but still yums). Shall save some more for Shaun provided that I don't finish it up before that. HAHAHAH.

Anyway, it has been quite a busy week, having to settle the Written Report for PW by yesterday. I'm glad that's over and done with, now we have to focus on the Oral Presentation coming right up, which my group would probably be down with on the first day : 6 Nov, probably first group too. Can't wait till then :D We'll probably go celebrate or something right after :))) So glad for my PW groupmates :D!

Since I have most to say about Tues,

I ended school relatively early so I went home to wash up before Shaun & I went to catch My Sister's Keeper. :) Tricia & I were talking about it on Sun, and yessss, it's a very very meaningful movie. It's the kind of movie which has your tears welling up in your eyes several times throughout its course, and makes you think about many different... thoughts(?) Not sure if that's the right word.

After dinner, we went to the famous Rochor Rd beancurd store :D Initially craved for the beancurd but after such a filling dinner and a long walk, settled for just soyabeanmilk which was still as yummsyyy. My mum used to often drive there after dinnering out to da bao beancurd for us to eat at home :) So I always get reminded of those times waiting in the car with my sisters while she went out of the car to order the yummy dessert (:

I was on a clicking spree. seriously.

I didn't know you could eat you tiao sticks dipped in soya bean milk till that day. ._.

Shaun came by for a really short while to have relish in our cheesecake not too long ago :)))

I REALLY THINK IT'S SUPER GOOD LEHH. To me, it kinda tastes as if I bought it from those branded coffee places where they sell their cheesecakes for more than 5 bucks per slice. How yum! :)

Anyway, I've packed a few small pieces into 10 uberrrrr uperrrr mini containers to share the love with my schmates. (:

In the end it was just Tricia & I for fourth service just now. (: It was on believing God, and I believe God, that He is able and willing to do miracles in my life. :)

Whoa-zey.

Friday was the bomb. Some of my schoolmates and I signed up to volunteer for the Nike Human Race which was held on Sat, so we actually had to report at about 4a.m. near the Singapore Flyer. However since there weren't going to be any public transport past midnight, Bea, Est, Viv & I decided to go for the first reporting time which was at 11:30p.m.

Thank goodness I ended school comparatively earlier than quite a few people- just after our 3-hr chinese mock exam. Was supposed to go slp/nap/whatever first but ended up sneaking into the hall to play the grand piano there with Bea. :))))) I love playing there. Cause the piano in the hall is wayyyy better than the ordinary lao pok fallling-apart piano in the canteen and that there's so much more privacy in the hall cause there's noone (and it's usually locked). We played until the cleaner came in to chase us out because we weren't allowed in heheheh.

So by the time we were done, training was about to begin.

Training was good, no buggy itches or what thanks to the rain(?), long socks & insect repellant. :)

Rushed home, packed and off to meet B,E,V. :)

I was more or less with my own classmates when the whole event really started though (: I was road marshalling along Lavender Rd, about 3-2km to the finishing pt? :) I didn't really like the person-in-charge over my area's marshalling. Really cold and unfriendly :/ grrr. Anyway, I was also situated near one of the detectors (the one they place on the ground for the runners to run past) so the two volunteers who were in-charge of it actually cheered for everyone who ran past it (YES FOR LIKE ALMOST 2 HRS). Super cute :D

Also saw quite a few familiar faces (: church peeeeps, ex-SC girls, PJ peeps :) and Jas actually spotted Tay Ping Hui & Rui En. Well... I didn't see them though -_-

So we got 2 event shirts & 20 bucks cash in total from this. TOOK 56 HOME TO WASH UP AND SLEEP.. FOR HALF AN HOUR ONLY until Shaun came over half past noon cause we were supposed to bake (original plan for Sat. the volunteering event was a rather last minute thing).

We didn't want to bake something too ordinary like cookies/muffins. After much research and intense dicussiooooon (not really), we decided to go for NY cheesecake w/ an oreo base :) cause we both love cheesecake but shaun's the crazier cheese-lover.

First attempt to bake a cheesecake (: shaun made the oreo base (his poor fingers) while I made the filling & the topping. AFTER MUCH HARDWORK, our cheesecake turned out yumyummmms (: I likey it. Especially with the lemon zest. We skipped the whipping cream since we forgot about it at the supermkt, but I think the texture would have been nicer with it (but the texture was already alright) :) ANYWAYY, we've decided to refrigerate it for at least one day first before we really dig into it (: I wanna eat it with whippedcream/ice-cream/honey,maple,caramelorchocsauce/jam :) OH YUMS. I wanna try to bake other kinds of cheesecake next time.. but the amt of cream cheese needed is quite $$$ man! D:

Last night, I slept for 13 hrs.
